You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (such as photo or video).

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 10 days of delivery.

Used or opened fragrance bottles will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
