- Product Information
We ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
All our attars are repacked from natural oils and sold in quantities mentioned (e.g. 6ml).
The color, intensity, or packaging may slightly vary due to lighting, screen differences, or supplier batches.
- Orders & Payments
All orders are processed after successful payment.
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other listed payment methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or policy violations.
- Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Shipping timelines vary depending on the location but typically range from 3–7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
- Return, Refund & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 10 days of purchase, and only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.
No returns or refunds are allowed for used or opened products.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

- No Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
If the parcel is refused or undelivered due to customer-related issues, shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
